Ever since I started my small business, I've counted some very faithful customers (friends, in fact) who have often come to me for custom orders.
For example, M. is a former coworker who was among the first to buy jewellery from my e-shop. She happens to have a soft spot for statement earrings; it's really no wonder we get along well.

There has been multiple occasions where it turned out M. did not have any, really none, absolutely zero pair of earrings that matched whichever event she had planned at the time, so she asked me to save her from this dire situation. I am a superheroine but I try to keep my cool about it.
